I honestly don't know. I'm so torn .. I want my boys to stay on the air forever :P but I also want the show to end when it's still epic and not drawn-out/sucky.

^ Just what I was going to say. I mean, if season 6 picks back up and things go well, i'd be great to get another season, perhaps two! But going downhill and getting drawn out is the general fear. :/

I was worried coming into S6 about how they were going to continue it after the Apocalypse storyline, because it's hard to go bigger than that. And it would have been a great, tragic, and oddly perfect way for our boys to go out (thought if it really had been the end I think it only right Dean die with Sam) But then S6 came and while I'm not the biggest fan of RoboSam, I have been pleasantly surprised with how well they continued it. How well written and creative they have been so far, how they kept the story believable and relatable. So as long as S6 continues as well as it has been for me (with more Castiel preferably though) I am more than happy to watch with bated breath S7 :))

I agree with TeeFly. I've been impressed with Season 6. I even liked Sam the Mandroid. I thought he was fascinating, badass and at times hilarious. He posed so many philosophical questions about what it means to have a soul [at least on the show]. Although I am happy to have the real Sam back [or I will be as soon as we get our new epis dammit]. Anyway, got a little sidetracked there, what I mean to say is that if this season is an example of how Season 7 will be, then I am definitely on board for the ride!

Agree with fanfly and TeeFly,at first I was really scared about S6,I mean The Apocalypse was BIG....but I think the shows is still awesome,always very quality....the plot is very interesting...I wasn't that much of a fan of Souless!Sam,not because it wasn't interesting but because I'm incredibily sappy and it really hurted see the relationship between the boys so shattered...but it is interesting,the acting is still superbe and I'm looking foward for the whole Purgatory-Alphas_souls storyline...and olus I'm not really ready to say goodbye to SPN so I'm more than happy about a possible S7!

It sounds mad but I can't choose. It depends on how Season 6 ends, but in Jensen's words: "I don't want to keep dragging it out ang dragging it out until the fans lose interest." And I agree. We don't want to lose fans if it gets boring or too confusing. I'm not saying it will, but there's a chance of it - there is with all series that go past Season 4 or 5 really :/
So I can't really say. It depends...

@HorrorFan101 This is true and I don't want them to drag it out either. And I honestly don't think Jared/Jensen would sign on for another season if they didn't feel like there was more story left to tell about these two brothers. And I don't think Eric/Sera would risk it either. They love these boys as much as we do. They'll bow out gracefully when they feel it has run its course. I have complete faith in that. And I have complete faith we will get an incredible ending that we (and our boys) deserve.

At this point in the story as far as I can tell that has happened in S6 so far and the quality it has been, I'm not disappointed at all. I'm very excited, very much love the direction the story is taking. The new depths these characters are developing, the new dimensions. So at this point I would love nothing more than a S7 because I have full faith that it could continue to be as amazing as the first 5 (and a half) seasons I've seen so far. If at any point that changed my opinion would change too.
