When I first saw this episode, this line had me laughing so hard. I especially like the next line when he say, "I taste good!" Only Dean!
I do really, really love the "family business" quote though. I had to flip a coin for this pick.

"Saving people, hunting things- the family business." Classic. If you don't have that line memorized after season 1, you either didn't watch the recaps, or you have a lousy memory.
