Most likely, seeing how she was with him in the house{when he was working out,YUM]There was definitely some past romance there,Maybe they dated, and she found out he was a wolf,and than she was a hunter..blahhhh

ya i thought they didnt know each other at all but now i think about it i can mayb see something went on with the two of them earlier on, whether it being romance অথবা just a friendship...i hope not tho

Well I think it's obvious that they knew each other in past..when Kate told Derek that they didn't kill his sister, and that they were not lying to him, he ব্যক্ত that it wouldn't be the first time. So she lied to him in the past.
