The writers deserve to be compensated.

I am angry at the writers and Studios becouse of their greed my favorite shows are in danger of being cancelled. If the writers wanted to make more money, they could have invested it in something.

The writers only are compensated with one-fourth of a penny per dvd and online download. That sux no matter what.

uhmm, THE WRITERS ARE BEING GREEDY? they write the whole damn thing, they`re the base of the show but everyone else gets paid more than them. i`d say the others are being greedy. i support them, they write the whole show & its their work we appreciate.

The networks are making millions (and are projected to make billions) off of internet plays of shows that the writers are responsible for creating. All the writers want is a small percentage of the profit that the networks would be taking. What's greedy about wanting to get paid for the work you do?

If this was any other profession, more people would support the strikers. But because the writers are associated with celebrities who make millions from tv shows and movies, they assume that the writers do aswell!

Can't they realize that all they need to do is give out a little more money? Is it so much to ask?
