Without a shadow of a doubt! S4 of SPN is one of the best seasons ever made and the way s5 started and ended for this year *bawles her eyes out* made SPN one of the most respected shows both for the fandom and critics (imagine that!).
Glee would be my second choice. Such an optimistic show :)

i love a lo of these shows:spn, house, lost, vampire diaries, bones, chuck, smallville, but this season supernatural was absolutely amazing.although i think season 6 of lost will be the ultimate best

Supernatural! S5 is beyond any expectations! Fantastic!
The Vampire Diaries is a close second and then comes Bones, Glee, Castle and NCIS :)

Actually it's Glee, but I really love Castle and I figured Glee would get more votes. I also love Supernatural, Bones, and The Vampire Diaries.
