To be honest, one comedy series which I watched alot was Friends, so, please don't go with this one eventually. :)

Best comedy shows ever IMO!

YAY I love comedies, and I love all these three. Community is awesome and has great creative episodes, it's a very unique and funny show.
I just watched Parks and loved it, the characters are great and it's a very entertaining series.
TBBT is great too, but pretty much 85% of its comedy comes from Sheldon or Sheldon&Penny. It's great and funny tho, some episodes more than others.

I recommend all of these haha. And if you haven't watched HIMYM (because of the icon in other) also watch it cause it's great!

P&R is definitely my favourite of these three though I honestly find all three enjoyable, though :)
There are people who don't really get the humour of Community, but it's an awesome show if you do! TBBT is more of an obvious kind of humour. Though when it comes to P&R, those two humours kind of... blend together. (IDK how to explain this I'm sorry! :P)

I don't watch TBBT, but I've heard the last few seasons were bad (?). Community first season is wonderful! S2 had some great moments but overall... oh, it could have been much better and like jamboni said, it's not everybody's cup of tea. You should give it a try eventually
Now, Parks and Rec. My favorite tv show ever, it's wonderful, brilliant, delightful, sunshine and rainbows... anything good you can think of ♥ and it has everything, romance, friendships, wonderful characters, a great cast, character development, harry potter references (always a plus)... It only has 50 episodes, less than TBBT and almost the same as Community so you catch up in no time. S1 is not as great as the rest (many fans dislike it even), but there are only six episodes

Well I watch How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family and more recently 2 Broke Girls... These shows are hilarious. And maybe you would like New Girl, it's also funny but not one of my favorites :)

How I Met Your Mother is the best comedy series I've ever seen!
