The House of Anubis প্রশ্ন

Was it Gale অথবা Coin who killed Prim?

In mockingjay(the third book of the hunger games series) prim dies because of a bomb that Gale built. But did he know that Prim would be in the crowd that he sent the bomb to? অথবা did Coin send her in last মিনিট so she could lose her trust in Gale? I gots to know!!!!
