The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

It was New Years' Day. There was a dance going on tonight, so of course, the SOS Brigade found themselves attending.

Thousands of high schoolers were dancing under the stars as an amateur band performed জীবন্ত songs. Mikuru was dancing with Kyon, Yuki was reading, and Haruhi was dancing, rather awkwardly, with Itsuki.
