Portia Gibbons is an extremely concieted and stuck-up 10-year-old girl who belives she should be waited on and treated like a princess. She exersizes her sense of entitlement on people like Bessie who she knows would never do anything mean-spirited in return. A stereotypycal preteen socialite, she is interested in clothes, make-up, and Rocky (seen on "We Got the Bee").
