I think it'll be a girl because
A) There have already been two baby boys born in this show.
B) It would be like her following in her mom's footsteps.
C) I just have a feeling that it won't be a boy.
Also, it would be really cool if it turned out to be twins. That'd be an interesting twist. I hope she finds out ahead of time the sex of the baby and doesn't wait until she actually has it.
