I'm just a little confused...If the sun and moon curse doesn't exist then why are ভ্যাম্পায়ার weakened দ্বারা the sun and নেকড়ে-মানুষ bound দ্বারা the moon...is it because of the curse on Klaus? Please Enlighten Me...Thanks :)

Remember when Elijah was telling Elena that every creature has a weakness. And that is because it brings balance? Well, ভ্যাম্পায়ার are weakened দ্বারা the sun and নেকড়ে-মানুষ are bound দ্বারা the moon because that is their weakness. No curse involved.

So, the sun and the moon curse doesn't exist, yes. That was made up দ্বারা Klaus and Elijah eons ago. The real curse is the curse on Klaus. That is because he is a hybrid. The werewolf part of him remains dormant because of spells that were cast upon him. No one believed someone should possess that much power.
