I want them to, but I don't think they will. Elena's majorly confused (I think that hemorrhage in her brain still hasn't healed right XD) and she'll immediately think that all her feelings for Damon weren't real. Then after two months of angst and after all the elephants in the room give birth, maybe they'll get back together. I hope so.
