I wasn't going to include them but, some fans suggested I should. So I thought the best way to decide is to make a poll. I did not want to include them because those couples practically didn't exist this season, they didn't have any romantic scenes at all, and it wasn't even mentioned that Kat still has feelings for any of the brothers, and it's very clear that they don't care about her.

For me definately not.
They didn't have any romantic or even flirty scenes this season. You are right, if there's a voting for couples in a particular season, there's no point in addig couple that does not appear in the season!

As much as I love Steferine, they didn't exist this season. Sad but true. So no, unless we get some amazing scenes in the finale, I think neither Steferine nor Datherine should be included.
