Honestly, I'm glad that it happened. She's never been a very significant part of the plot, besides being the প্রণয় interest অথবা the victim, and ever since Season 4 she hasn't even had a likable personality (imo). I do feel bad for her অনুরাগী though, I know I'd feel pretty ripped off if that had happened to one of my পছন্দ characters.

In real life I think Nina Dobrev is an amazing
actress and she had so much from TVD. Maybe
it was time for her to প্রণয় on after 6 seasons
but she shouldn't have thrown it all away just
because she couldn't work with ian somerhalder
any more. She shouldn't have let him do that to her.

I think it was the worst thing that had ever happened on tv and they should bring her back
