Dean and Real!Adam just relate more to each other I think. Sam might be easier to talk to, but I don't think Adam relates much to him.

I agree they seem like they'd have so much in common together!! While Sam seems eager to take on the role of an older brother to Adam and is easier to talk to, I think Dean would be the brother he looks up to on so many levels!! I mean Sam looks up to Dean already so I think it's clear who Adam will relate to the most!!:D

Adam and Sam... er, nope. Just can't see it. Dean and Sam get along because Dean raised Sam and Sam idolized Dean. But Adam- uh-uh. He doesn't seem to like Sam much. Not that he likes Dean, either, but I think they'd get along much better.

Dean is the older brother and will always be the guy trying to keep the younger brothers on the straight and narrow, trying to protect them and in a sense acting like a dad so it would make it harder for Adam to get along with him as well as Sam can.

Mainly because Dean was so cold towards ghoul!Adam in Jump The Shark. He'd probably be the same towards the real Adam if he ever got out of the cage, no?
