Prologue

I was sure I couldn’t run faster than this, especially through a place filled with thrones and বৃক্ষ branches. I made it a point to look straight so that I don’t lose sight of that silver thing…whatever it was. I kept running, the thrones tore my গাউন, gown (I didn’t know why I was wearing one)and the branches slapped me on the face, but I didn’t care to look, I might lose sight of the silver thing.
Finally I reached a lake. It was the most beautiful sight I ever saw. There were mushrooms and trees surrounding it and the lake glimmered, like it was filled with diamonds, under the moon. I saw silver dust on the trees and the mushrooms and right in front of me I saw the silver thing. It was a fairy…or was it an elf anyway she was silver in color and was glowing. She had long curly hair, huge transparent wings and wore a beautiful silver ফ্রক and had elf like ears. The fairy sat down beside the lake and took some water in her cupped hands. I looked at her in awe and amazement, but it was as if she didn’t even know I was there. She drank a little water.
I decided to take a closer look and moved closer. The fairy looked up suddenly. She was looking at me now. I opened my mouth to ask her who she was, but I stopped when I saw her take something from a small bag which she carried on her shoulder. It was a silver অনুষ্ঠান- অ্যারো and a golden bow. She aimed the অনুষ্ঠান- অ্যারো at me. My হৃদয় skipped a beat, what was she doing? I staggered back. She moved closer and lowered the arrow, she was now aiming at me ankle. I looked from the অনুষ্ঠান- অ্যারো to her beautiful face. She smiled at me and let go of the arrow.
It hit me on my ankle and a pain shot up from my ankle and it spread throughout my body. I knelt down in pain and groaned. Slowly and carefully, I plucked the silver অনুষ্ঠান- অ্যারো from my angle. Fresh, red blood covered its tip. My ankle was bleeding and I covered it with my hands, but the bleeding wouldn’t stop. I looked up to where the fairy had stood, but now she was gone.
