Definitely Tom, Jerry is always so mean to him!

I don't hate Jerry, but I feel bad for Tom because Jerry is always getting him in trouble =(.

Jerry is cool at times, but i feel bad for tom more cause jerry gets him in trouble or beat up in most episodes by whoever it is.

Jerry he's always being chased

Jerry because he has to defend himself constantly. I mean there's a fridge full of food on every episode Tom can eat lol

Spike because he has to deal with those two

Jerry is a moocher that gets Tom into trouble more often than not. He also gets Spike to bully or beat-down on Tom.

Jerry Because He Is Really Small

tom is innocent, always lying down or relaxing, then jerry comes and ruins it

He always tries and fail :(

Tom is always trying to catch Jerry and it never seems to pan out for him especially when Spike comes in then it hurts him more then it usually would..so yeah I do feel bad for Tom because he is trying.

Tom always gets injured and people think he is the one who messes things up, I hope it was like how it was in Oggy and the Cockroaches where the Cat wins many times also, but it's too late, there is a series where Tom and Jerry are friends(Tom still chases Jerry sometimes).

Tom definitely... Jerry's always getting him into trouble with Spike, or his owner(s), which is just wrong; if you ask me, Jerry is the bad guy here (but I don't hate Jerry or anything...)

tom just want to protect the house ( also from jerry ).
