bella does become a vampire in breaken dawn.Edward bits her because she was dieing after she gave birth to her child renesme.

Yes she does because when she just gave birth to Renesmee she almost dies but Edward used one of those shot things and put in his arm and then jabbed it into Bella's হৃদয় so then she became one of them.
