I couldn't do it. I was putting them all at risk. I knew where to go. I had to confront the Volturi on my own. The Cullens gave me enough info. I knew everyone's names and descriptions. I sprinted through the clock tower square in case any of the family could see me. As I reached the other side, I found two shadowy figures standing there, as if they were waiting for me. Demetri and Felix. I should have guessed. I was frightened, so when they motioned to follow, I dumbly reacted and did as they said. But any other reaction was even dumber. They could easily catch and defeat me. They led me through a dark alleyway. We soon entered a vast bright hall. I was taken into a very large room, Aro awaiting me. Oddly, he was alone. I had heard he normally had his guard with him. Demetri and Felix backed out of the room, causing Aro to step forward. "Ah, Ariella. I've been expecting you." Aro welcomed in his smooth voice. "Just what exactly is it that আপনি want?" I yelled in a voice that sounded almost menacing. "Peace, dear girl, we do not wish to harm you. We actually come to আপনি with an offer. We find your talent very useful. We offer আপনি a place in the Volturi Guard." This is the encounter I'd been fearing. Aro held out his hand, as if trying to close a deal. If this was the only way to keep the Cullens safe, so be it. I had just met them, yet I felt a close bond, as if I'd known them for centuries. Please let them be নিরাপদ wherever they are, I thought to myself. I gulped down a deep breath and took Aro's hand. "Wise decision." Aro appraised with a grin.

Bella's POV

The family met up with me outside the plane. "Guys, Ariella disappeared!" I exclaimed to the group. Alice stared into মহাকাশ in her vision mode, and all eyes went on her.
