NEW MOON AND ECCLIPSE ARE TO BECOME MOVIES!!

In some very reassuring news, Reuters is reporting that Summit Entertainment has acquired the rights to the rest of the saga!

It has hired "Twilight" scribe Melissa Rosenberg, a writer/producer on Showtime's "Dexter," to adapt the first two. "Breaking Dawn," has not attached a writer.

While this does NOT নিশ্চিত that the rest of the বই will be turned into movies, this is certainly very good news for the franchise. We'll keep আপনি updated!

UPDATE: Robert Pattinson has a few মতামত about New Moon that he made to the Chicago Tribune:

A sequel [aka New Moon] may get the green light this month, he said.

Add this to your তালিকা of things to look অগ্রবর্তী to in March! There will be a সেকেন্ড volume, Twilight Saga: New Moon soundtrack CD/DVD companion being released on March 16th, four days before the release of New Moon on DVD.

Tommy2.net reports that the সেকেন্ড volume will be composed of 9 bonus tracks that were found on the iTunes and international editions:

I lived alone in this neverending universe.
It wasn't fair being the only one of your kind. It wasn't fair to have no one to talk to অথবা relate to. I'm scared, even though I'm stronger than any other human অথবা animal, I had no choice of this life but sometimes i didn't mind it. I had forever to find a family অথবা friends, but i wasn't going to wait that long. I didn't have to wait really but I didn't wont those people to end up like me অথবা even worse I didn't want to kill them in the process. But if I wanted a better life than sitting around and wasting it I had to try, succeed অথবা not I would still keep trying.
