The tree is wrong. At least vampire wise. According to tradition a vampire passes his vampire DNA when he ,purposely, bites someone for the sole purpose of making them into a Vampire. Carlisle Cullen shares DNA with Esme, Edward, Emmett, and Rosalie. however, not with Alice or Jasper. Fictionally, you might say the latter are adopted and the others are biological.
