It Represent The Two Part That Bella loves the most. The heart is like purity and which is all the love that Edward has for her. The werewolf by jake givin' to her so she can remember him and is friendship! The Bracelet Is Just Beautiful!

I love both charms cuz it symbolizes both Edward and Jake! and i love both of them!! Also the bracelet is sooo beautiful and i want to buy it sooo much!! I also love how Edward describes the crystal heart and how he says it relates to him! its sooo sweet!

Don't get me wrong here, I like Edward way more than Jake. It's just that Jacob made that wolf all by himself and then Edward kinda intruded on his gift by adding the heart. Which I do love, just not as much as the wolf.

yeah it was so just... jake... he was the the first to think about it and then edward had to come again and say 'i want you to remeber me' ugh... well too late jake said that first!! the same thing happend when edward wanted to ride the motocycles with bella... hello that is jacob thing not yours!!
