Can someone please help me remember the শিরোনাম of a vampire book I read long ago?

Ten অথবা fifteen, অথবা maybe আরো years পূর্বে I read a book that I remember little about other than the fact that I liked it. Other things I remember about the book are: The main character was a vampire (possibly a new vampire অথবা one with amnesia). The main character had conflicts with other ভ্যাম্পায়ার in the book. Some ভ্যাম্পায়ার in the book kept ghouls, they were dead, stinky, rotting, and fell apart as they aged. I think the book took place in the china town area of some city. I think there was a bit that involved a fat, grotesque creature of some sort in a basement (possibly a big fat vampire, but I'm not sure). Unfortunately that's about all I can remember, no শিরোনাম অথবা লেখক rings a bell.

There was this voodoo কুইন (I forget her name) that kept this monster made out of different body parts...it was like this zombie thingy..idk...in her basement.

The main character isnt a vampire but she's marked দ্বারা 2 different vamps...twice She is kind of a slayer but her real job is raising zombies and she works with the police I forget where the book is set but i dont think its China town =S...Its like in seattle অথবা something... I had completely forgotten the book until seeing the movie Blade. It was actually the character Pearl who triggered what little memory I have of the book, although I’m less convinced that the thing encountered in the “basement” was a vampire as I try to remember more. It may have been something worse. Whatever it was terrified the main character when he stumbled across it & I think it tried to kill him.

It was a zombie...like a massive one...and Anita স্মেল্ট অথবা something like that...coz she went to the voodoo chick's house with Manny (her co-worker) and as they were on their way up the basement stairs, they heard a door smash and they like heard it come after them etc etc
