If ur talkin about WW1 then it was everyone. It was called, "The War to End All Wars" but they basicly "ended" that one out of no where. So basicly it realy didnt end. Wich led to WW2, so WW1 was made to stop wars. Look where that ended up. Hope tht helped. Heres a beutiful pic of Adolf Hitler in his PJs riding a magic carpit on a rainbow. ENJOY!!!
