I jumped down and put my workout CD on then climbed back up. I did my advanced routine: Walk on my hands, back flip, front flip to the high bars, where I did seven flips, switched bars, then did seven আরো flips. After that, I jumped up onto the bar, and did a walking handstand. Then I propelled my self to the rings and held my body straight out like a pencil, my arms stretched. I felt like I was flying. I jumped down and walked over to the সঙ্গীত player and stopped the CD.
