“Finally figure it out?” He smirked. I grabbed my mace.
“How’d আপনি get in here?” I demanded
“Now Alex, let’s not get feisty” he smirked. I flew out of the bed, ripping away the tube connecting the bag of blood to my arm. My mace was alight with electricity.
“You have three সেকেন্ড before I call the team” I growled. I really hoped he didn’t have super hearing, অথবা he would hear my হৃদয় hammering in my chest. Then I thought of something. Literally.
’Megan! I need super stealthy backup in the infirmary. RIGHT NOW!’ I thought
‘On my way!’ she acknowledged. I needed to keep Night Wing bust till the team got here. I got an idea. I pretended to faint.
“Alex!” He ব্যক্ত and ran over to me. My head lolled against his chest.
‘A couple আরো seconds’ I thought. I opened the doors to my mind and ran to the everlasting আগুন of my memories. I looked though them. They were from when I was seven.

“Alex? Alex, please wake up!” He was saying. I laughed. He thought I was… oh no. That was not good. I heard a banging. The door to my room was shaking. I flew out and focased on returning to my body just as Megan burst in. I flew out of Night Wings arms right before she saw me. She telekinetically grabbed him. “Night Wing?” ব্যাটম্যান asked

“Everyone, this is Night Wing” he introduced
“Yeah. I know. He helped me take down the beast and didn’t let me thank him!” I remembered

As we walked through the halls of WayneTech, we exchanged nothing but silence. The পূর্ববর্তি predicament still left us shaking, and now we were out to খুঁজুন for more. It was obvious that Scarecrow knew of our presence, which is why he had the gas sprayed all over the building. Every now and then I heard rats squeaking, glass breaking, and spiders crawling, but none of them so much as gave me a start.
Oddly enough, Robin knew his way around the building. Without getting lost, we retrieved and destroyed much of the fear serums, but we weren't done unless we found Scarecrow.

"He needs a lab!" I finished. I loved it when I felt smart.
He smiled. "Right, love. And whose lab has the best up-to-date equipment suitable for a fear serum?"

Becca was quiet when she returned to base. But her pain didn't go undetected. Devin gasped and touched her heart. She fell onto the couch, eyes closed. A hand lifted up her head and her eyes connected with Becca's.

"Who is this?" Batgirl asked.

"uhhhhhh..." was all Robin could muster out.

"Zatanna Zatarra. I'm assuming you're Batgirl?" Zatanna said, sticking out her hand.

Batgirl shook it, still unsure of what the girl was doing here.

Robin finally managed to sort out his brains and turned to Zatanna. "What're আপনি doing here? I thought your dad grounded আপনি for life?"

(1)It takes him a while, but Red Tornado finally tracks the paint back to its source. It's been splattered all over the walls and corridors of the mountain, as if a whirlwind holding paint sets had blown through, which, now that he thinks about it, might be fairly accurate.
