History
He was born to Wally and Artemis West in Star City. His perents watched him to see if he had Wally's power. It was obvious that he did and so his dad taught him to control it until he was 9. Then Wally started to teach Max how to use his powers and taught him that he must use them for good. When he turned 12 his dad gave him two things. A old sword that he could use instead on his body. And a coustume made from Speed Force material. His mother gave him her old Bow and Quiver. He went on many missions with Zatanna, Robin, and Zen because his father has a desiese that would kill him. His mother retired so that Wally wouldn't feel left out. Max was then hand picked to lead the new covert ops team which would be named Young Justice after the old team. He moved into The Cave and now resides there.
Personality
He is just like his father was when he was a teenager. Max is the Team's resident class clown and goof-ball. A hyper-active 16 year-old speedster, he is always quick to joke and comment lightly on any situation that the Team is in. Constantly feeling like that world around him is going in slow motion, Max is often extremely impatient and impulsive, to the point of jumping into situations before thinking—which often puts him in danger. He can almost always be seen eating something due to his high metabolism. Max is also a bit girl-crazy, often making innuendos and flirtatious remarks towards any attractive women in his vicinity. Despite his goofy nature, he is also a science whiz. But he is also the teams leader. He is a very good strategist but he has adhd which gets him off task. He would give his life for any of his teammates if he could.
Appearance
Max is a 16 year-old high-school guy. He has spiky blonde hair and green eyes. He has a lean yet slightly muscular build. When off-duty, he wears a blue short-sleeved shirt with a white long-sleeved under-armor shirt, or a dark red short-sleeved shirt and a light yellow long-sleeved under-armor shirt, and baggy brown pants or blue jeans, red trainers and a black watch.
