Video উঠিয়ে রাখুন stops

I try to উঠিয়ে রাখুন a video in mp4 format but the উঠিয়ে রাখুন process always stops at abou 50 %.
why is that?
can someone help me please?

I have the same problem not with YouTube though.Everytime I try to উঠিয়ে রাখুন an MP4 video to my club it NEVER GETS to my club page!How can a MP4 video get হারিয়ে গেছে on its way to ফ্যানপপ it's beyond me!I've downloaded this short video recently.WHAT about UPLOAD?!
