Are you all crazy? Of course, the one and only underground bunker! Hospital would come in second though because if someone was attacked they could get medical attention. Enough places to hide, too. That is if the zombies havent taken over the whole place...

There are plenty of weapons in a hospital: scalpals (which I can't spell), difibrilators, heavy trollies of equipment (use as battering ram).

If you're in an Underground Bunker, and the Zombies manage to enter it...Where are you going to run, hm?
Hospitals have alot of Medical supplies, but they're literally Zombie Breading-Houses. Think about all the patients that can get easily infected, and the dead corpses lying in this cold storage room.
Trucks are useful, but what'll happen when you'll run out of gas? And even if you'll take some more with you, it'll end up eventually.
And what are the chances of us being able to reach an abandoned MILITARY island? And even if we'll succeed, remember what happened in the remake of Dawn Of The Dead. Zombies can go EVERYWHERE.
Pubs aren't good either because they're small, weak, and have only 2 entrances.
Churches can be a good hideout, but they have only 1 or 2 entrances, and it has no supplies.
Up a tree? Seriously? =__= you'll eventually need to come off of it, and it can break. Ever thought of that?
And a secret hideout that nobody knows of is kind of just can't exist if you're not a scientist. Or something like that.
The only 2 really good hiding places are Malls and Hotels. Lots of supplies, more than 3 entrances, and a free access to the roof. Best places for me to hide at.

A mall would be Choice, But I like this option, if you run out of gas, down grade to wood-gas!!!
