@TheTimmeh Because I think the অ্যানিমেশন is very bland and basic, the designs are generic and lame, the characters are either bland অথবা annoying but either way are stereotypes, the jokes are horrible, it has a lot of যেভাবে খুশী and stupid moments, a lot of plot points don't add up অথবা develop the characters অথবা the story, the story is pretty unfocused (though I hear it became আরো focused in season 2), and no matter how interesting the mystery is that doesn't make up for it's problems. I will admit that the idea is an interesting concept. The idea of two kids going to a town where there is a HUGE mystery, they are surrounded দ্বারা colorful characters, and come across paranormal creatures and elements is a great idea. But the execution is done poorly. The idea doesn't make up for any of its problems. But I'm trying not to step on too many toes because I know a lot of people really প্রণয় this প্রদর্শনী (for reasons that I don't get but to each their own). বছরখানেক আগে

^ I respect your opinion, but if আপনি haven't seen season two at all, I highly suggest আপনি give it another try. It gets a lot আরো serious. The plot points don't seem to add up, but as the প্রদর্শনী goes on they all tie in together. The background art for Gravity Falls is some of the best art for any tv animated show. I প্রণয় that show, especially its 2nd season. It's funny, interesting, edgier than other animated ডিজনি shows, and has great, memorable characters and a story line that has some great moments. I also like the অ্যানিমেশন style and I প্রণয় the setting and the fact that it is based on mystery. I like that it isn't afraid to be kind of dark at times but is always funny as well. I think it's one of the best made and most intelligently written animated shows at the moment. বছরখানেক আগে

@Kataralover, season 1 was fine but it was nothing compared to season two, it is quite fantastic. If আপনি haven't seen it, check it out because the few people I know who didn't like it at first changed their minds after watching season 2. It gets আরো serious, their are আরো surprises, it becomes darker and funnier, and the characters begin to develop more. The last two episodes are particularly great.
