i went hiking for about 4 straight hours. hiking in, i saw a dog locked in a car. i assumed the owners were close দ্বারা so i didn't think much of it. when i got back i saw the dog still in the car. he had no water/ খাবার that i could see, the windows were rolled all the way up, and he was yelping. the car was parked in hte dierct sunlight and as far as i could tell teh owners hadn't been back since i hiked in. আপনি could tell that the dog just wanted to get out but he couldn't. i went to the rangers' station but no one knew anything about hte dog. i mean, আপনি should have seen this poor dog's face; he looked so sad and alone. can i প্রতিবেদন that as animal abuse?
