How make gifs with videos?

other options besides photoshop অথবা an easy way?

I'm new, and I've seen a lot of good gifs here and in Tumblr too, but don't understand how make it so easily. Is too hard for me make gifs দ্বারা programs like photoshop, photoscape অথবা whatever. I tried make GIFS with ইউটিউব চলচ্ছবি in GIFSOUP but it have the watermark and i don't like it
