How do I get him to like me?

Okay so I like this guy and have liked him for a while now. We text sometimes and see eachother on the weekend but we rarely talk. He is a বছর older than me and goes to a different school. Most of the guys at my school say that I'm pretty but im short...does that have to do with anything? Can any of আপনি guys help me দ্বারা telling me what to do for him to like me?
