Ciel actually trusts Sebastian and is very dependent on him as he takes care of every need for Ciel. Ciel actually has shown his weakness to Sebastian although Ciel is stubborn and doesn't want to admit it Sebastian is definitely an irreplaceable person in his life just like his father and mother.

I think so too but the mangga is far from romance so any interpretation will probably be up to us. And with the sudden big reveal in the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা (if আপনি know what I mean) I don't think the Lizzy will end up with the mc. Because, well... for various reasons.
Maybe yes, maybe no. Ciel have a cold personality, i just can't see, what is the truth answer in this lil dude heart, well it's depending on the লেখক view, how he see them. But if they really getting mariage in the end, they could make a chance b'cause প্রণয় can grow at any time with anyone. (p.s. Sorry for the bad english)
