If you have, tell me what you think: since Ryan sang "Heaven on their Minds" for his audition, he could be Judas, Paul could be Jesus, George could be Caiaphas, Keith could be Annas, and Damien could be Peter! I thought this was great...anyone agree??? feel free to switch them up. But yes - this will only make sense if you know the musical. :)
