i am a fan of chibi, but i am not a fan of Naruto. and y that show?! y don't each of the fans create an OC (or anything you didn't get from another show!) and have people vote on their favorite. the fan favorite can be the icon, and the 9 runner-ups can be the banner. just no voting for your own, and it doesn't have to be colored (but it can!).
