So this is the idea: If you know Azalea's Dress up Dolls, you know that she has some really great programs to dress characters which allow you a lot of options and get really creative. I felt it might be an idea to make a contest based on it, basically to give a theme and some basic rules, and then everyone can go crazy creating dresses, and in the end we vote on the best interpretation of the theme. What do you think?
