Where's the spark? They bore me.

It's not really romantic..

I actually do find the 'you fight good' scene, and their whole final interaction in the movie, sort of romantic, in that it's realistic and dorky. It makes me smile, and it makes him seem right for her, because he seems to have a similar personality mix. In battle he was self assured and skilled, but out of his element he was a big ole dork, just like her. I see more compatibility and romance in their awkward interaction than in Snow White and the Prince's barely making eye contact scene (but maybe that's because I always found Snow White's one more funny than romantic). If it doesn't go out this round then Mulan and Shang will be who I vote out next time, but for me it beats Snow White and the prince, becaue it's sweet and lame :)

He didn't say it in this scene though. >> Mulan sadly thanked him when he said it. So I didn't call it romantic. When he returned the helmet, I thought it was cute.

It is more creepy, seeing as he broke in and scared the crap out of her for a second.

just kind of boring, like that's not how a girl wants to realize her man's in love with her. it's just kinda stupid.
