Old neighbour keeps warning us about our house

My husband and I just moved in this remodelled house last মাস with our toddlers. It’s a Victorian-inspired প্রথমপাতা that we got for a low price. We were so happy and excited to this new life waiting for us. But our joy is disturbed lately দ্বারা the old lady living পরবর্তি door. She’s been saying that our house is cursed অথবা haunted অথবা something. She keeps telling me to burn sage অথবা do some ritual thing to drive away bad spirits. I know Lima women can be a little traditional প্রদত্ত the abuelita was like that but my husband and I don’t really believe in ghosts অথবা the supernatural. Should I just take precaution and follow what the lady is saying? We haven’t felt anything peculiar yet. How do I tell the old lady to lay off from us?
