If it doesn't appear for you, this means that আপনি haven't been a ফ্যানপপ member for long enough, and আপনি have to wait a few months before you're allowed to make any new সংগঠন (this is supposed to stop people from making irrelevant অথবা duplicate clubs, but it doesn't work).
