Cherry-Berry smoothie:
1cup ফ্রোজেন blueberries
1/2 cup ফ্রোজেন pitted cherries
1 ফ্রোজেন banana
1 TB spoon ground flaxseed
1 TB spoon বাদাম butter
combined all ingredients in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of water. if the consistency is to thick add আরো water.

simple strawberries:
1 to 1 1/2 cups ফ্রোজেন strawberries
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup ফ্রোজেন blackberry
2 fresh kiwi
1/2 cup ফ্রোজেন mango
just add water (as thick অথবা thin as আপনি prefer) blend and enjoy.

homemade "healthy" ice cream:
4 ফ্রোজেন bananas broken into chunks before freezing
2 TB spoons বাদাম butter
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
blend banana's and বাদাম মাখন until smooth and creamy. add strawberries and vanilla and blend. put in container and freeze for 30 min for a soft texture অথবা 1-2 hrs for a firmer texture.

people do not get enough ফলমূল in there diet. something as simple as a few pieces of ফলমূল a দিন could improve your life (and maybe save it). In the United states seventy-eight million people have high blood pressure, about one in three American adults. the Lancet published a study a few years পূর্বে involving five hundred researchers from আরো than three hundred institutions in fifty country's. part of the study showed which foods, if added to the diet, might save lives. whole grains, vegetables and nut's and seed's were among the খাবার groups that people were lacking in the diet. which does the world need most?.....fruit! আরো ফলমূল in the diet (plus the other groups) can help lower blood pressure which the study identified as the number-one risk factor for death in the world.
