I remember visiting this website once...
It was called Cast sightings in Belfast, as Saintfield filming continues for season 7 | Watchers on the দেওয়াল | A Game of Thrones Community for Breaking News, Casting, and Commentary
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Another week of filming has begun, and the stars are popping up in Belfast once again. The khaleesi has been reunited with her crew! Emilia Clarke shared this photo today of her with Jacob Anderson and Nathalie Emmanuel:
Season 7??!!! Oh yeah. We be ready. Grrrr….. (“1,2,3 dragon teeth” 🐉) #dontmesswithpeepsthatbepackindragonsyo #justyouwaitforTHISoneohhhhmaaannn 😎👊 @nathalieemmanuel @raleighritchie my crew 4 LIFE.
Yesterday, Jacob encountered fans in Belfast along with Hannah Murray:
Kit Harington is also back in town, with girlfriend and former castmate Rose Leslie joining him for shopping during his off-duty hours:

Sophie Turner was out and about as well, posing with fans in Belfast yesterday:
#SophieTurner yesterday with fans in Belfast! 💕
Kristofer Hivju has shared an image this afternoon of himself and Bella Ramsey, with glowing words for the young actress who plays who plays Lyanna Mormont. Hivju says, “Can’t tell you if our characters meet or not this season – but I can tell you this: you have SO much to look forward to in season 7!”
LOOK OUT FOR THIS ONE! Bella Ramsey portrays Lyanna Mormont with such a strength, authority and coolness! She also stars in a upcomming BBC/ Netflix show called The Worst Witch! She’s super cool and a highly professional actor in the age of 11! Can’t tell you if our characters meet or not this season – but I can tell you this: you have SO much to look forward to in season 7! Hallelujaaaaa!
As for filming news, activity continues in Saintfield today. As we reported last Wednesday,
is returning to film on the same Northern Ireland estate on where the show filmed their epic Battle of the Bastards last season. However, it’s believed that they’ll be filming different scenes on the property, ones likely involving the wooded areas for godswood scenes. A visitor snapped a photo of the filming happening today:

The smokiness is often used just for atmosphere, but it’s unclear exactly what’s happening, since it’s obscured by trees of course. With so many cast members in Belfast at the moment, we don’t know which actors are involved in the Saintfield shoot, though it’s likely at least one of the Winterfell-based Starks will be present.

The Godswood getting plenty of use this year, evidently. Though that makes sense if Bran’s back in residence, especially.
I’m guessing Bran makes it to Winterfell early in the season and plops right next to the weirwood. I’m curious to see if he’ll have more visions and how he’ll interact with his family (especially Jon).
We’ll probably have some LF/Sansa scenes. I don’t know how they’ll justify LF being there when omniscient Bran arrives.
Btw, do we know if filming has started at Moneyglass for the Winterfell scenes. Preparations have been going on for some time now.
didnt read the article, cause don’t wanna read about locations and stuff, just looked at the pics, and sophie is still blonde!
Not a spoiler: If she’s already filming, she’s probably going to wear a wig. There was a blind item a while ago about a GoT actress whose hair was damaged because of all the dyeing and bleaching, so we think it’s her.
ah okay!!! She has beautiful hair, its too bad because it has looked amazing last season, but It really does make sense.
Blind items are generally just speculation passed off as anonymous sources.
I’ve been bleaching my hair for over 30 years with no ill effects so I can’t see it as they have access to professionals. Done properly it’s not damaging to your hair.
Yeah, I had seen that tweet. I guess it will start soon if it hasn’t yet.
Okay this must be the tenth thread where we are discussing Sophie’s hair.
Good news about all the sightings. Always glad to read about Kit and Rose, well always glad to read anything about Kit.
Nice news about seeing Nathalie/Missandei and Jacob/Grey Worm. One of my favorite “small” scenes in this spectacular season was when GW told a “joke” that made Missandei laugh with delight. The smile of pure affection he gave her, taking happiness from her being happy, warmed my heart. The series needs those scenes of true affection and sweetness, it can’t be scene after scene of carnage, betrayal and brutality with no break. We need to see some humanity, otherwise it’s too depressing. So to all those who bemoan scenes of the Grey Worm/Missandei relationship, or the Sam/Gilly relationship, raspberries to you. Those scenes are needed and enjoyed.

I think it might be because red fades very quickly. Within days. I’d assume she has to colour it at least once a week to keep it that colour. That isn’t good for your hair.
ghost of winterfell: Okay this must be the tenth thread where we are discussing Sophie’s hair.
LOL – yeah, I was just about to comment on Kit’s man-bun. But even with other news, if I remember correctly, people will still stop to comment on the hair. It’s an ongoing thing, I guess we can’t resist.
And on the note of needing more news, can I put in a plea for something that will break up this long-ass wait we have. PLEASE PLEASE have an IMAX event this winter, like you did two years ago. I would so love to see BoB and WoWinter on the big screen, and it will break up the long periods of no-news.
And about Bran. It will be awesome to see the visions he might have, and to what depth, when he is safe at Winterfell, at the family Weirwood, with his family keeping him safe. I loved those vision scenes.
I’m surprised they didn’t show the last 2 episodes in IMAX.
I can’t remember, does John Bradley usually get out and about while filming is going on? I see everybody but him. Is there evidence that Sam is in Belfast? It would be kind of strange if everyone else is there and he’s not. Maybe there will be scenes of Gilly trying her best to keep life together while Sam is in book-heaven in the library. Like Sam mentioned to Gilly, what would she do in a city by herself with a baby and no money? And it sure seemed like all thoughts of her disappeared as soon as he saw the interior with the walls and walls of books. What is she going to do?
Flayed Potatoes: I’m surprised they didn’t show the last 2 episodes in IMAX.
You mean last year? Yes, I was hoping they would, but didn’t. But this year, as wonderful as this season was and with the extended waiting period until next season, and next season being SHORTER (moan) surely they will give the fans a break and plan IMAX . Right?
Dee Stark: It is a crime that we didn’t get hardhome in imax
Yep – maybe down the line they will have a GoT movie marathon for die-hard fans that can’t bear that the whole thing is over. I laugh at myself – I’m already predicting the angst I’m going to feel at the end of season 8.
BTW Dee, glad you’re still hanging around. Don’t disappear completely, even if the spoilers start coming in hot and heavy. 🙂
I’m hoping we get Hardhome and BotB in IMAX next year.
aww thank you! Youre sweet 🙂 Yeah ive been in and out… theres some articles I haven’t opened recently that had some spoilers… but this one seemed semi safe 🙂 and obviously all the other non filming stuff
Ah man, I hope so .. I would pay and watch them all on the big screen. I cant imagine how ill feel after season 8.. it sucks
Someone said they spotted him, Kit and Jorah Mormont in a pub on twitter. I wonder where Isaac is though. Pretty much all the cast members he used to hang out with were killed off.
Anyone think either Missandei or Grey Worm will die this season?
well, the one time they did imax, it was much later after the season ended (season 4) wasn’t it?
No idea. I never know when these things happen.
It seems like the Winterfell godswood is going to see a lot of action in S7, perhaps the most it’s seen since S1. I hope this means Bran will arrive in WF early in the season and will be doing his greenseeing at the weirwood tree that meant so much to his father. But I hope he doesn’t spend
his time plugged into the tree, though; he’s had enough of the great outdoors, he deserves to sleep in the comfort of his home once in a while. So does poor Meera.
If I could be anyone I’d want to be Rose Leslie! Sigh..lol:)) she’s one lucky lady!
Season 7 can’t come fast enough, but then again it’ll be over to quick too!
I reckon one or both of them will die. But not necessarily this season.
I don’t immediately see why there’d be any need for Missandei to die from a narrative point of view, but at the same time she’s expendable and could be used to up the body count or give Daenerys some emotional drama.
I can picture Grey Worm dying fighting the White Walkers in Season 8 though.
Daenerys has got to lose some people close to her while saving the Seven Kingdoms. It can’t just be our Westerosi characters that fall in defence of the Seven Kingdoms.
I’m going to say it is a possibility. It seems to me like Team Dany is too big; she
to take a hit somehow in season seven, right? As of the end of season six she has her Unsullied, the Dothraki, a good chunk of the Iron Fleet, plus Dorne and the Tyrells – and that is before we get to her inner crew of Tyrion, Varys, Grey Worm and Missandei. Oh yeah, and her three dragons. I don’t see all of them lasting until the end of season seven.
I sure do hope they do it again! It’d be awesome to watch Battle of the Bastards and Winds of Winter on the big screen!! 😍

I feel like there is still a lot that Bran has to see next season, and I agree an early arrival at Winterfell would be best. My current thinking on that is a 701 scene at Castle Black with Dolorous Edd, and a departure in the same episode, with an arrival at Winterfell either at the end of 702 or the beginning of 703; that would give Bran more than half the season in Winterfell, and add a further layer to the anticipated LF/Sansa/Jon political infighting. My guess is that, in that scenario, Bran would be more likely to side with Jon as he knows what is coming and Jon is clearly more prepared to lead an army through it than either Sansa or LF.
It’s probably to be expected that at least one major character will die again in Season 7 Maybe even one of the dragons? I wonder about that.
We’ll probably have some LF/Sansa scenes. I don’t know how they’ll justify LF being there when omniscient Bran arrives.
Littlefinger: “I’ve heard a lot about you, my Lord”
Bran: “Oh! Well, I’ve heard nothing about you. Hold on a second…”
Bran: “Kill him! Kill him now!!! Father… the war… Aunt Lysa… Sansa… it’s all his fault. Somebody prepare a noose, quickly.”
Grey Worm is the face of the Unsullied, so I’d say he’s safe this season. He might die in season 8 against the WW. He’s like Tormund to me.
Missandei might be at risk, since there’s not much she can contribute in Westeros. I could see the showrunners decide to kill her off to give Dany some setbacks (losing a friend) and for Grey Worm’s man pain (Gilly’s in the same boat because of this reason imo).
I’d say Varys, Yara/Theon, and the Sand Dunes are the most vulnerable members of Team Dany at this point.
It’s probably to be expected that at least one major character will die again in Season 7
Maybe even one of the dragons? I wonder about that.
I can see more than one major character going – look how many people were killed off in season six!! As for the dragons, I kinda feel that could happen – not Drogon, though; he has bonded with Daenerys too much for them to kill him off now. If one of them goes in season seven I think it will be either Viserion or Rhaegal.
well, the one time they did imax, it was much later after the season ended (season 4) wasn’t it?
Yeah it was in January 2015, so 6 months after Season 4 ended.
Yep, there’ll be many major characters biting it this season. I’d go as far as to say that around half the cast will go.

I read the last part in Isaac’s season 4 voice lmao. LF has overstayed his welcome….maybe the show will try and drag things, so Bran will spend most of the season trying to find out what LF was up to via weirwood. I don’t even know….
How many were main characters though? The Boltons, Tyrells, High Sparrow, Hodor, but that’s about it. Doran, Trystane, Osha, Rickon, the Khals that Dany burned, Wun Wun, Walder Frey, Blackfish, Waif, Lancel. None of them were main characters. Loras and Hodor weren’t really main characters either.
Main/major character deaths at this point would be Jon, Tyrion, Dany, Arya, Sansa, Cersei, Jaime. Those are the core 7 left. Bran is right on the bubble there. Second tier with LF and Varys for major deaths.
Who cares what those actors get up to outside sets? Couldn’t care less about actor sightings in their free time. I’m here for their work not them on a personal level. Just waiting for set photos and more casting calls/news. There’s been such a drought for the latter so far. Has Broadbent been the only one announced? If Rhaegar is in s7, I hope they announce the casting. I won’t mind if they don’t specify the role and we’re left to speculate whether or not said actor is the one. Lyanna’s casting was entirely a secret because R+L=J was not yet revealed. There’s no point in keeping Rhaegar’s actor a secret.
Wow!! Half the cast?? But I’m afraid you might be right though.
And I could see one of the dragons biting the dust too. Maybe Viserion. Drogon is just too big to get killed I think. But I don’t see Dany, Tyrion, Bran or Jon die. At least I hope they don’t 🙏🏼

With filming underway, the scarce amount of Casting calls is weird. Apparently filming begun in the beginning of the month as well.
well we haven’t had a major character die in a while.. Margery and co.. but theyre not really major..
maybe they don’t need that many new castings..
I don’t think Bran will be arriving at Winterfell so early. Sansa lose all political value for Littlefinger with Bran there, which mean he can’t play his games anymore.
Sophie already said that we may not know where Sansa’s loyalties lie. So clearly this whole Jon/Sansa with Littlefinger feeding the flame can’t happen with Bran there.
I’m no hairdresser so of course it could be an issue. Anyway I’m sure they’ll cover it up as needed.
Nothing on Carice yet? Shouldn’t she be filming if she’s going to meet up with Arya and/or BwB and The Hound?
Where’s Get’em Beanie dude at? He’d manage to get close to the set and snap some photos to sate us for the time being.
BunBunStark, Ha ha ! The idea of Bran just plugging and unplugging into/from a weirwood tree is a funny one…
However, on a boringly sad note, I cannot help but wonder the cost of such power.
That is, to me, one of the most appealing aspects of George RR Martin’s approach to magic : it has a logic of its own and its users submit to it more than they control it. There is no grand, majestic wizard/witch in Martin’s universe; magic-related people are always corroded by it, more victims than practitioners.
The Three-Eyed Raven was a perfect example of that : all-seeing and all-knowing but rotten and petrified. In order to use his powers to the fullest, he had to merge with them, melt into them to the point of sacrificing any semblance of life and, possibly, humanity. No immunity or impunity for him.
Bran’s training was cut short by the White Walkers’ arrival and his last session was a horrific one : he disobeyed his guide, ended up inadvertently blowing Wylis’s future to smithereens and seemed to take a very long time coming back from his vision, as if he couldn’t control the onslaught of images he was subjected to and struggled to find his way out.
In the finale, we saw him plug into the Matrix but we did not witness his return (the vision famously faded into Jon’s puppy eyes ^^). Did it take a long time for him to reintegrate his body again ? Is Jon’s true parentage all he saw or did the “weirwood” attack him with more extra intel ?
One way or the other, I could understand him if he chose to be somewhat prudent with his use of weirwood.com in the future…
Thronetender: But this year, as wonderful as this season was and with the extended waiting period until next season, and next season being SHORTER (moan) surely they will give the fans a break and plan IMAX .
From your lips to the ears of the Old Gods and the New. Battle of the Bastards and The Winds of Winter would be beyond insane on an IMAX screen. Just imagining the music from the opening of TWOW over that sound system is enough to make my head spin in the most glorious way!!!
Jon has to find out the truth about his parentage fairly early though. They won’t leave it too late on the season, imo. And Bran will be the person to reveal it. In that sense, he has to reach Winterfell fairly early, at least by episode 3/4.
They will probably do it in the before Xmas period. Perfect time for it.
Grey Worm is a suitable candidate for this year. If Daario joins Euron + Cersei it would be cool to see the two in a memorable duell…
well we haven’t had a major character die in a while.. Margery and co.. but theyre not really major..
That’s a point on this show with so many characters. We already know that viewers have trouble classifying the cast as lead, supporting and guest. That carries over to which they’re calling major.
Personally, with the books in mind, I could say the remaining major characters are Daenerys, Tyrion, Jon, Arya, Bran, Sansa, Cersei and Jaime while others are more background supporting characters. The show changes things though as some have become more important just by seeing them involved so much for so long. Most would probably now include these characters as major as well: Theon, Yara, Davos, Melisandre, Tormund, Edd, Brienne, Pod, Bronn, Meera, Missandei, Grey Worm, Jorah, The Hound, Sam, Gilly, Varys, Olenna and Littlefinger, and perhaps Jaqen. That’s still almost 30 characters that would probably be considered “big deaths” if they’re knocked off. I didn’t include Euron, Edmure, Daario, Ellaria, the Sand Snakes, or the BwoB, which so far wouldn’t be a big deal to lose.
I think they’ll likely get to S8 (though not necessarily the very end).
My bets are on Cersei, Jaime, Tormund, Arya, LF, possibly Sansa, possibly Brienne/Pod, Euron, Yara, possibly Theon. Oh, and Missanworm.
Yeah I know. And while I can see how Littlefinger could use that information to his advantage, I don’t see doing it with Bran there.
Maybe Littlefinger is just dying sooner that I thought…(doubt it but who knows)
Main cast dying next season: Cersei
Love that pic of the dragon gang. Totally hyped me up! 😀 I’m glad Emilia shares photos like that for the fans. She treats us well.
good point, clob but besides hodor, summer, and marg…. from last season, I wouldn’t consider any of the death major…
Doran, Balon, Mutineers, Roose, Rickon, Osha, The People at the Sept, The Waif, Walder… not really MAJOR deaths and not really shocking.. I will include Ramsay in this as well.
I dunno, hard to explain.. but I agree with your comment.. all the ones you mentioned would be major deaths at this point in the story… but nothing more major than:
Daenerys, Tyrion, Jon, Arya, Bran, Sansa, Cersei and Jaime
I think LF is the main villain in Westeros so he will stay until the end. He can’t go south anymore. The news of him supporting the Starks will not come too late. And being trapped in the north will make him even more ruthless and dangerous. There are also these speculations of him allying with the WW, which I find an interesting twist if it happens.
i think after season 7 the main villain will be the WW only..
Does that mean you think Cersei, LF, and Euron (the 3 I identify as the main villans left, at this point) will die in season 7?
One imagines they scheduled her filming later in the year to accommodate her having just given birth.
I don’t think Littlefinger would be at all meaningful a figure once the White Walkers show up, so I expect his plot will resolve in Season 7.
Yes sure but I don’t think that it would be WW vs the rest only. Jon and Daenerys are going to have the enemy within and LF fits well for this role.
Dee Stark: besides hodor, summer, and marg…. from last season, I wouldn’t consider any of the death major…
I agree. Those were the shocking ones and the ones that were disappointing to the viewer. Those are the worst! The bad part is that there aren’t many left in that extended major list left that aren’t going to make most viewers feel that way. Littlefinger is looked forward to and expected by most. Mel, Olenna and perhaps Yara wouldn’t be shocking and/or that disappointing. The rest would be “dammit, why did she/he have to die!?”
Cersei is probably the only one of the ‘major major’ left that won’t be shocking since it’s also expected at some point.
I am not so sure he will be an easy player to get rid of. In any case if he is out in S7 what is left for Sansa to do in S8?
I am hairdresser and if her hair was so damaged with red colour, she wouldn’t go and bleach her. Cos bleaching is the worst you can do to your hair. Blondes know the pain 🙂 Sorry for bad english..
What about Theon? And the Hound? Not main cast as Danny and company but important characters nonetheless.
Clob: That’s a point on this show with so many characters. We already know that viewers have trouble classifying the cast as lead, supporting and guest. That carries over to which they’re calling major.

I wouldn’t really consider Yara a major death out of that list. She’s definitely second or third tier with Eds and Gilly.
but besides hodor, summer, and marg…. from last season, I wouldn’t consider any of the death major…
This is almost exactly what I said in my previous post lol.
Cute! “Can’t tell you if our characters meet or not this season” Ok, they will meet lol
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think that’s a good possibility. Of course, that’s with the thought in mind that the order of events will be a battle for the crown and THEN dealing with the NK coming through The Wall and the aftermath/finish. They could surprise us all and have the NK come crashing in just as Daenerys arrives. In either case I think there needs to be unity in Westeros. Cersei and Euron seem likely to be casualties of that effort late in season 7. I don’t know about Littlefinger.
The show has to be on a fast track though with just 13 episodes remaining. TWoW is supposedly going to be the longest book and along with ADoS George has a lot of story left to tell/publish. D&D have to start ‘checking things off’ rather quickly to get to a finish that is close to George’s planned ending. There isn’t a lot of time to bog things down in any direction it goes.
…well, there was that joke about the translator on a sinking ship.
I included them in my initial post as characters that aren’t really major book characters but on the show would be among those that viewers probably see as major and a disappointing loss:
Jack Bauer 24, I agree. To me Yara wouldn’t be. I put her in the secondary group with all of those others in my post I linked above. I think a lot of people are Yara fans and it may be shocking to them, but to me not so much as I mentioned in the follow up post:
Lyanna and Tormund were in the same room together when the Kitn was crowned. I don’t know if they shook hands or anything, but I think that’s meeting.
If we think of Season 8 as entirely Battle for the Dawn-focused, then no one aside from Daenerys and Jon will truly be indispensable ^^
However, I would assume Season 8 will not be just about the White Walkers. There will have to be at least some focus on the post-War reconstruction, possibly in the last couple of episodes. In this context, any character (with the exception of Euron and Cersei) could be play a part, I presume.
Tangently, I wonder if and when Varys is going to die… He and Littlefinger are almost symbiotic, in my book. The only two
players in the game who, weirdly enough, both look like clerics (one like a Buddhist monk and the other like a Catholic priest). If one goes, the other has to die eventually as well, no matter how sad their deaths will make me ^^
Yeah I believe he means they’ll meet again, like sharing a scene again or something.
I agree with you on this. These two should have a parallel death. I was toying with the idea of LF and Varys becoming the two villains to undermine J + D. If and how remains to be seen. At the moment LF is locked at WF and Varys seems to be the good will hunter. If Bran and/or the Hound come to WF then LF has lost the game. It seems too easy though.
Those three, Em, Nathalie and Jabob are cursed with gorgeousness.
OT UK fans: Gemma Whelan is co-starring in Morgana Robinsons sketch show on BBC2… She’s almost unrecognisable.. and really funny! 🙂
OT UK fans: Gemma Whelan is co-starring in Morgana Robinsons sketch show on BBC2… She’s almost unrecognisable.. and really funny! 🙂
Apparently her injury on the GoT set was only minor thankfully since she’s been posting a lot on social media about her other projects and seems to be ok.
Cute! “Can’t tell you if our characters meet or not this season”
LOL, yup. Though they have been in the same scene twice already, it would be nice to see them exchange a few words in S7. As 2 of Jon’s staunches allies/supporters I wouldn’t be surprised if they directly interact with each other a bit next season.
I’m glad Hivju’s pic finally confirms Bella/Lyanna will be in S7. I hope Manderly and Glover return too. The northern storyline
Ramsay’s 20th good man wrote: Ha! Yeah, that’d be a bit problematic.
Very amusing. I think Bran should add “Robb, Mother, Talisa and the Northern Army.” I can’t prove it, but I’m pretty sure Littlefinger suggested the idea for the Red Wedding to Tywin. If LF was indeed the prime mover, he is responsible for that too.
Littlefinger would be extremely easy to get rid of. Sansa could get rid of him anytime she wanted to; she just doesn’t want to at present, apparently. And when Dany is around, let alone when the apocalypse starts, he’s got nothing.
Yeah I hope we get a proper Northern storyline that allows Jon to grow as a leader. They could even use the Alys Karstark storyline, since Jon will have to make peace between the North and the Wildlings. I’d love to see more of Glover and especially Manderly (and his army).
I’m dying to see the Tormund and Lyanna interactions. I hope she stays on Team Jon lol.
I hope that if they’re keeping Lyanna M. around (which is hardly surprising, given how popular she was), they develop the character more rather than just repeating the same schtick over and over, which is a flaw that TV series often fall victim to with breakout minor characters.
From those 8 you mentioned I think it might be the final season
for Cersei and Sansa or Arya. ( initially they planned on getting matching tattoos after the show but all sudden they get them now, right after they received their S7 scripts )
Also Sophie’s and Maisie’s responds that it’ll be heartbreaking was a hint…I think
Maybe LF turns on Sansa after she chooses to stay loyal to Jon.
Cersei wants Sansa’s head and didn’t she promise LF to be Warden of the North?
I’m probably all wrong but I like to speculate I guess lol
I love Varys and Yara/Theon. The Sand crew are annoying and Littlefinger is doomed.
Sansa may be intelligent enough to use LF’s ambition to further her cause and then dispose of him when the time is right. I hope Varys has a part in LF’s departure.
Also, does anyone think Gendry may resurface in connection with Arya?
I hate to say this but I think the Hound may die a hero. Probably protecting someone, as usual.
Sorry for the rambling post. Just trying to vent these thoughts.
The confirmed return of Bella as Lyanna Mormont is simply wonderful news. I can imagine the sassy lady having great scenes with Tormund, too!
Now, if only they confirmed Tim McInnerny will also be back and hopefully with an expanded role as Robett Glover… I just love the actor. He gave the character such gravitas and soul.
If I may be a tad annoying (as per usual ^^), it is not so much as a leader that Jon has to grow but as a ruler.
As far as leaders go, Jon is pretty top rate : he is young, handsome, intelligent, charismatic, brave and well-intentioned. Leaders are meant to gather support and this is where Jon shines.
As a ruler… That’s where things get complicated for him. His stint as Lord Commander (a ruling position) was a bit underwhelming and ended in misery. He failed to maintain the support he had acquired, past the initial enthusiasm. Like his father and brother before him, he expects too much trust without putting enough effort into convincing and persuading people by simply explaining his reasoning. It’s like in math class : show your working out ! 😉
Also, as GranPapa Rickard said : “if you have to fight, win”.
Hopefully, we will see him becoming more skillful in these areas.
I will keep my fingers fiercely crossed on that one. Lady Lyanna could easily become a one-trick poney, “badass” frowning her way through the plot. As a sort of Greatjon Umber in pigtails, only more repetitive because more present.
I, for one, would like to see a more vulnerable side of her : she is still a little girl, for Pete’s sake, in a world that tends to be unkind to them. And, to top it all, she is an orphan. There is something quite interesting to tap into there, I believe.
Okay this must be the tenth thread where we are discussing Sophie’s hair.
And I thought hair watch was over once Jon resurrected!!!
Well, a few days ago someone tweeted that Isaac, Kit and Alfie were at some pub or coffee shop together… :oP
Oh please, not Varys or Yara… I love Alfie, but to me it is not unthinkable to see him die.
I hope there’s more of Lyanna Mormont. It’d be adorable if she became protective of her king and assigned a few of her Bear knights to follow him around like Kingsguard with Jon getting all flustered and embarassed as he can protect himself and is unused to having bodyguards.
She just had a baby… Probably she’ll film later on.
Anyway, if the BwB are travelling North and she’s going South, they can film later on when the snows arrive?
