How should I get my hair cut/styled/dyed?

I really like Steampunk styles and a ক্যুইজ online informed me that I have a Scene fashion sense. I'm really wanting some crazy color and a style that not to many people would dare to have. Pictures would be greatly appreciated. :) Thanxxx
