I have it my mind that if Iceland is Norway's brother because of the Norwegian immigrants, then I can analogize the same thing in the case England and America. (But of course, we all know Himaruya did not make them biological brothers in the show.).. But England being a brother- or father-figure to America really gave me the unchangeable impression that they're more like brothers.

I really just think they have more of a brotherly relationship. I doubt they think of each other sexually, no offense, but they do seem to care for each other.

I just can't see them as lovers, it disturbs me for some reason. I really view America as a heterosexual, idk why ! And their brotherly relationship is so beautiful and adorable, I think that would be a bit too bad to ship them as lovers... I really like when they care for and love each other but not in a sexual way.

Kind of like In-Laws they are related but they really don't want to be.

England "adopted" America when America was a kid and then /raised/ him. They are basically father and son (or brothers). A romantic relationship between them would be disgusting.

I don't really see them as anything but frenemies who get along on certain occasions
