She'd probably want to choose her family, but Jacob would end up persuading her into choosing him. Even if he didn't, the Cullens know how strong the bonds of imprinting are, so they'd probably want her to choose him.

I doubt either her family or Jacob would want to hurt her by forcing her to make such a choice anyway, and at the end of the books and films they appear to be getting along Ok. In a situation where an enemy is forcing her to choose who to save, though, I'm not sure what she'd do. Maybe choose the person she thinks is less able to save himself/herself?
