It is a sweet way to tell that other person that আপনি care about them very much. <3 It also makes the person feel good about themselves, and আপনি two as one! :)
It's a way to establish with someone that আপনি have feelings for them, it makes আপনি feel wanted and needed and it makes আপনি develop a bond with the other person <3
because it's a great way to প্রদর্শনী your love:) and i for some reason প্রণয় the feeling when my bf's lips and mine touch:D BTW! that reminds me of a quote from the story i'm writing:D quote david: "When our lips touch it's like....thousands electrical charges throughout my body." cool right?:D

It's the perfect way to express your feelings for someone besides telling them আপনি are in প্রণয় with অথবা প্রণয় them. I'd actually say স্নেহ চুম্বন is better than asking someone on a তারিখ but I understand those who says it's the other way around :)
