If আপনি click "add photos",look a little up and you'll see that under the "Do not উঠিয়ে রাখুন copyrighted images, including paparazzi images",it says "Screencaps are being retired to make way for new features!" That's why আপনি aren't able to উঠিয়ে রাখুন screencaps
