I'm not quiet sure but I think later on in the episodes on নারুত Shippuden নারুত and Sakura go on a mission and get really close and possibly kiss. :o (basing on a picture I got from a possible episode)

Episode 469 in the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা shows Sakura's confession to নারুত her প্রণয় :D

She avoids telling him that their বন্ধু in Konoha have decided to kill Sasuke. Instead, Sakura tells নারুত that she no longer has feelings for Sasuke and that she now loves him. নারুত accuses her of lying to herself.
