Do u think orihime really care about ichigo and why do u think she care about him?

She does care about him. She's in প্রণয় with him, but she has trboule expressing her feelings around him. And yeah, I think Ichigo should end up with Orihime instead of Rukia. It seems আরো fitting for me =).

Yes, Orihime cares about Ichigo and Ichigo also care about her. She deserves Ichigo but Rukia doesn't deserve Ichigo. But I think there are আরো IchiRuki অনুরাগী than Ichihime fans! I myself at first is an IchiRuki অনুরাগী but when I watch 141 Bleach (anime) অথবা জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা 237 Bleach, I like Ichihime. Well u know, Orihime could have kissed Ichigo but she didn't. And she end up saying she's very bad.
And Ichigo do care about Orihime. Ichigo couldn't win without Orihime's help when he fought Grimmjow. আপনি know when Orihime screamed and cried 'Don't die, Kurosaki-kun, আপনি don't have to win, Just don't get hurt anymore Kurosaki-kun' and Ichigo gained strength to defeat Grimmjow ! Whoo hoo!!

Although she has an incredible compassion for all souls, her feelings for Ichigo just seem to go above and beyond, imo...And that's one of the reason's she's my পছন্দ amongst all the female Bleach cast.
The mere thought of she&he is enough to make me feel better even in the worst of moods, it seems.
This answer has been...largely opinionated thus-far..but even so, I believe there is a substantial amount of evidence supporting the argument scattered throughout the Bleach fictioin and especially in the some of the আরো সাম্প্রতিক chapters. One example I might mention is the incomplete হৃদয় formed between the eyes of Ichigo's Mask when he is brought back from the brink of death দ্বারা her call..

of course she cares about ichigo because she loves ichigo. She almost kissed him and always দ্বারা his side.after aizen's defeat she been training to get stronger to protect ichigo and to help him more. Ichigo also cares about orihime because he is always protecting her. He even took orihime to his room! (they werent talking bussiness)That was so cute :3

When Sora, got that car accident. Orihime carried him herself all the way to the Kurosaki Clinic, where she mets Ichigo at the door on his way to school. She begged them to help save her brother, but দ্বারা the time the অ্যাম্বুলেন্স arrived to take him to the hospital, it was too late. Broken-hearted, Orihime spent many lonely months mourning his loss. Her only real comfort came from remembering the kindness that Ichigo Kurosaki had showed to her that night.
