Do আপনি think that there will be a better movie version for Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief?

they need a sea of monsters movie

yup. annabeth does not have her grey eyes, neither her blonde hair. percy does not have his green eyes nor black hair. furthermore, the age of percy in the movie is 17. and almost everythin' is changed.. they should not have named it 'percy jackson and the lightning thief'.
it should be another title.

আপনি know i ask that প্রশ্ন everyday man i wish i could go down to that studio and give the directer a piece of my mind and let the kids direct the movie because they would get it right!i would get the right characters, the right plot, just everything খড় what if someone made there own movie and put it up on this website that would be awesome but they would have to get it right no messups like the first one they created OK i think i got my point across

There has been a version made. Even though it messed up the book, changing a lot of stuff, there is not likely to be another version made.

Definitely yes. I think it will be better if the people behind the movie stick to what really is in the book. The plot in the book's good enough and need not to be altered any more. :)

i really hope so. . .i mean it ws a very lame movie and they had to skip the ares-vs-percy part and also they skipped the tunnel of প্রণয় part

the movie might have not been that good, but when আপনি say that আপনি want to go to the studio and do it your self, it seems so easy! but think about it, its not. they put a lot of effort into making the movie. so আপনি should be thankful there is a movie at all!! দ্বারা the way, they are making a sea of monsters movie. its going to come out some time in 2012. They did skip a lot of scenes though. i think thats a little eratating because it makes the plot আরো intresting

I প্রণয় the book. I mean rly rly প্রণয় <3 the movie is so different! The movie is all about finding some perls! Yea the movie sucked! In the book it was awsome! Percy fought Ares and blow a hole in the arch and jumped over hounderd of feet into the lake off the arch! Yea in the movie is none of that :( I really hope they remake the movie and make it good this time. But I have to say that the guy who played Percy in the movie is FREAKING CUTE!!!!!!!!!

Maybe. But definately not anytime soon...I mean, the movie just came out, what, two years ago? It'll be a long time before the movie is re-made. I hope they do, though.

They need to make a better movie! The movie sucked so much, and I´m so mad at them for making Hades look like a bad guy! He isn´t, he didn´t even want the lightning bolt!!

The directors definitely murdered the chance of the book series to become a movie saga hit. First, the casting was all screwed. In the Lightning Thief, Percy and the gang are only 12 years old. In the movie, they're 16! That's a huge 4 বছর age difference. Second, ANNABETH'S BLONDE! That was her image, which was completely destroyed. And not to be racist, but why were Grover and Persephone black? Wait... Persephone wasn't even supposed to be in there! Also, they left out so many important characters such as Clarisse and Ares, some of the main baddies that do appear in the following books. Even Nancy Bobofit wasn't there!
Next, was the plot. Percy was granted a quest; he did not leave without permission. Yes, Luke was the bad guy, but it was Ares that tricked Percy into having the Master Bolt. Third, the waterlady was supposed to give the kids the 3 pearls. They're "mission" wasn't supposed to gather up them up! The Lotus Casino, way to poker/ stripper clubb-y. It's supposed to be an arcade for kids! Down in the Underworld, Percy's mom was left behind, not Grover! Percy was also supposed to have a big battle with ARES not LUKE! Also, what about the প্রণয় Tunnel ride with spiders, the stretchy বিছানা place, and Cerberus???
Despite all the stupid errors, I must admit the fighting scenes were pretty decent. Even though Clarisse was supposed to fight Percy in the beginning, not Annabeth. And what up with the যেভাবে খুশী hydra? Wasn't that in book 2?!
This was a long response, but I just get really upset when directors ruin perfectly amazing books.
